A little ala FussyPants style:
We took Baby O for his first swing experience the other day. I realized LB I had a picture of LB around the same time swinging her first. So here they are, experiencing the joy of flying, freely through the air with nothing but strong metal and plastic keeping them safe.
If you want to play along, give me a caption. I have no fun prizes to offer you except a hit on technorati and some linky love. And also a cookie. With sprinkles on top.
Is it still wordless Wednesday if there are words? I always get the rules messed up…

Oh I love it. All my kids found the swing to be a punishment akin to being drawn and quartered, too!
Yeah, push harder next time.
“Wheeeeee!!” “Whyyyyyyyy!!”
Love the expression!! Pure unadulterated suffering.
BusyDad had the same exact caption idea as me. He is clearly a genius.
LB - “Again! Again!”
Baby O - “Please, make it STOOOPPP!”
Too cute how they had completely opposite reactions!
LB: I’m falling, FREEEE FALLLLLIINGG….
Baby O: Dear God, why have you forsaken me?
They are both adorable. Bear was a little unsure of swings at first but now they are good friends.

LB- “The world is my oyster!!!!”
Baby O- “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!”
We don’t have awesome swings around here sadly.
I don’t have captions but I can honestly say that this would be a great ad for manic-depressive/mood swing medication.
Also, they are so cute I can’t stand it.
LB: “This is exhilarating! Thanks, Mom!” (Thinks to self: I can’t wait to recreate this feeling by sneaking out of the house when I am a teen and getting high!)
Baby O: “This SUCKS! Thanks, Mom!” (Thinks to self: I can’t wait to exact revenge by sneaking out of the house when I am a teen and getting high!)
This is just another pure example of the complete opposite that siblings can be. LOL…Previous captions work for me. Im not original at 630 in the morning.
ok, but you asked for it
LB: “Waaay cool! And think how much better it would be without panties! Wahooo!” (I’ll have this same expression on my face in 18 years when I go to my first frat party…....without panteees! Wahooo!)
Baby O: “Ahhh, my scrotum! Damn you woman! I have gas and this is not helping!”
(ok, I’ve seen too much Britney in the news and my husband insists on watching the Family Guy, so I have Stewie on the brain. So, imagine that last quote in his voice. And, lock up your adorable daughter now before the frat parties begin.)
Haha, I love it! I don’t have any captions, but I love how different they are, even at such a young age.
My kids were the same - totally opposite what it comes to swings. My son actually threw up, he was so scared at first.
I tagged you

Both my kids (to this day!) share O’s opinion of the swing. Good thing we never bought a swingset.
That is priceless! It is funny how totally different the second can be from the first!
LB: “This is FUN!”
Baby O: “This is FUN?”
It’s all in the punctuation.
