I’m so impressed!  Can I come over?!  Seriously, I’ve never even made mashed potatoes. (I guess that’s why I’m the Domestic Diva in Training.)  And scones?  Wow. ::Bowing::

Isn’t it fun showing off that you can actually cook?  smile  I love taking pictures of my successes.
And pssst, depending on your mashed potato recipe, you can freeze the leftovers and heat them up in a non-stick pan later on and no one will be the wiser.  wink

btw- I think it is TOO funny (and neat!) that you took pictures!  I tried a new recipe the other day (calzones) and they looked really nice that I THOUGHT about taking a picture, but then I didn’t.  [on a side note: I think it would be fun to make a recipe book out of all the recipes we actually use and have pics of the actual food/us with the food etc.  Like a scrapbook, but of FOOD!  *sigh* I think I like food way too much!]

I’ve been taking photos of successful dishes when I remember to do just that - my own recipe book complete with neato color pictures.  Might take me a few years, but I’ve got plenty of time.

Candice, be very afraid. VERY. I’m suprised nobody got sick! grin

The book idea is adorable! You could make that up and sell it. Make it a template or something. Serioiusly!

I’m trying not to make this a habbit! What if he expects this? GASP! :-O

I am grubbin’ on the turkey meatloaf.  Is that from Domestic Diva’s recipe?  Scones?  What happened to scone sunday?  smile

Add sliced almonds and white chocolate chips to your scones!  To die for!

I got the turkey meatloaf recipe from the “Eating for Life” recipe book. It is TO DIE FOR. Salsa, Oats, Egg whites and ground turkey make it a low fat and healthy option to traditional meatloaf.

Uhhu. I’m making it again tonight. It was such a hit.

Oh, yea, I fogot to say, you know that I don’t eat beef, right? I don’t even EAT beef! I did that for Mr. Flinger!

I know I know. He owes me big time.
