When I was a little girl, I used to take the Toys ‘R’ Us catelog and stare at the toys I wanted. I used to stare at the pages for hours pretending to play with them in my head. I still do that. Only now, it’s not a toy catelog, it’s house flyers. I found one that I want. I’m practically orgasmic over this house. We found out our house would sell roughly thirty thousand more than we thought (if all stays well in the market) and given that our area is going downhill fast (Sorry, Bree, but we live on the crap side of the neighborhood!) we want out before the old people (pictured here, mind you) start dying off and we’re stuck with poor young families that don’t mow their lawn.
So, I’ve printed out the flyer and am taking it to bed with me to drool and stare at. Maybe I’ll slip it under my pillow and dream dreams of me sitting by the fireplace or of LB and her lil’ brother running through the kitchen. Ok.. I won’t do that, but still, y’all. I can’t talk the man into another kid, there’s NO WAY I’m talking him into this house. Or can I? (dun dun duuuuuuunnnnnnn)
Oh I love it! Can I move in too?? Haha, looks great - almost exactly like the one we may build next year (hopefully).
So is it in MN?? Haha Come on Mr. Flinger!

The houses in your area WOULD sell for more then you were probably thinking, but I would do it soon!..something about the apartments over there ..lower income.. ya..you know what I mean, right? (dont you know about the pimp living behind us~lol!) Its sad that the non lawn mowers are moving into the old people homes, and it seems like alot of the old people have been dying..because you see, they were OLD when I was little! haha I have seen ALOT of changes since I went to school right there. sad…
So whereabouts is this beautiful home you have pictured here!!?? I love it! I could totally see your family running around in it!! We are possibly looking at putting our house up for sale in the spring..and building, somewhere not where we are now..but we will see…its just talk right now.

We’ll buy the house next to it. We’ll be neighbors:0) I want a house too! We’re pretty cluttered over here. Need more square footage. Need it now!

Very nice! Is it brand new? As someone who is currently in the process of buying and selling, I can tell you that NOW is a good time (interest rates and all).
We are moving closer in to town to a much more family neighborhood (and a yard with a playhouse and swingset!) and it will be worth the headaches and $$$ now (we just agreed to spend 5K for a new roof for our buyers so I’m in a bad mood).
I understand the whole house flyer addiction. Me, I was winderemere-ing.com every couple hours!

Sooooooooooo cute! I love it. The flooring in the kicthen looks so close to the flooring I have been drooling over for months and John finally let me order. And the cabinets. GAH! I am so jealous of their cuteness. And a fireplace? You just can’t get any better then that.
