One of the greatest joys of having children is how they “keep you young.” (And by that I mean give you gray hair and wrinkles).
My children come from a long line of silly.

Their Grandpa and Grandma are silly.

Their Pappa and Oma are silly.

I sort of love that it runs in their genes.
(heh. I said “runs in their jeans.”)
Because some days, when things hit the fan, some days, it’s the only thing that can save you.

*Yes, I’m re-posting this video. I just wanted to watch it again today and figured HEY! Maybe your day sorta sucks and needs something fun to watch, too!

Being Saturday…Daddy’s home to help entertain so it wasn’t one of those days for us but I’ll sure remember this for Monday-Friday when I tend to need something to keep me sane. This made me laugh, smile, and wish I had more silly footage of my kids and I. Thanks for sharing!
Ah, the animated face! Both my girls have rubber Jim Carey faces. They get it from me. I just hope they don’t blame me for all the wrinkles that will ensue
It is always wonderful to see that an intelligent, well-rounded human being has embraced silliness as a virtue. It’s one of those values I want to pass to my own family.
Also, that shot of you two with the Ponies…. Possibly the awesomest thing I saw this week. :-D Gotta love a man who can rock pink maribou…
