Today we hum.

Today we celebrate the life of Maddie Spohr. The life that was too short, but that touched so very many people as the internet rocks in her wake humming a joined lullabye to our sleeping angel. We come together to lift and support our friend Heather, as she stands bravely for her daughter.

I’m sad I am not there at the memorial today as so many of my blog friends are. But I’m thankful for this place we come, to remember, to hug virtually, and to turn to our own families and hug them tightly.

In remembrance of Maddie.

thinking all week about this and other unfair things… I was there today in my mind. yesterday weepy all day for no reason- but really for this and Thalon and all children taken far too early. Trying to figure out everything at once is how it feels. so hard.

Life can be so heartbreaking and so beautiful… I just never can understand it though.

Maddie is such a sweet angel and I love how the blogosphere is showering Heather and family with love.

The angles are dancing with Maddie right now and her rainbow is shinning down. We will never understand why her life was cut so short, but know that God has placed her in our life through this wonderful means called Blogosphere. Hugs for the Spohr family.
