When you hate your friends

So, I’ve been invited to a mommy “thang” with skinnybitch. Did I ever tell you that I didn’t make it to her party? Yea. I didn’t. Boy, women can be so catty. She actually thought it’s because I don’t like her and would say things about her to other people. Man, is she WAY off. I only write them.

Is there a category on “skinny bitch” because if there isn’t there needs to be so that I can go back through your older posts and find out more. I must have missed those posts when your RSS feed was down and I switched to bloglines to keep up with my all the blogs I read.

I’m not sure if it’s being PC or if it’s just good manners to be nice to people you don’t like because of mutual friends.  Whatever it is it makes me feel like a hypocrite!  I hate being all nice to people who I don’t like (or who don’t like my hubby, but that’s a whole different topic!), but however it is I end up being nice anyhow and get all mad later on about it.  Not that I end up trashing them to anyone but my husband, but still!  Even so, when I think about it, it seems like the only way to go… we should love our enemies, love being an action word, so in order to show them love, we kind of have to be nice to them!  So yeah, I have to agree with you that it is the “right thing to do.”

I’m with Holly, PC it ain’t but mannerly it is. Damn girl; you get manners! Rbelle, can it also be considered a double standard? I dunno but it sucks all the same. You could always go for the evil route and treat her snarkily in public at the risk of tainting your relationship with the mutual friends. So you see? I still say kill the beeotz with kindness. That’s what I do. or try to do. or in my own little head, I pretend that’s what i do.
