Why, thank you! Thank you very much!

Guess who learned to clap?

It’s like having my own personal audience all day long. And boy, I’m really impressive with cherrios in my teeth. And banging my forehead on the table. And barking like a dog. And…

*it’s only 20 seconds of this because, seriously, it’s only cute for about 23 seconds if he’s not your own kid. Maybe 32 seconds for Grandma.
*Also, one day I’ll write in complete sentences.
*Not today.

awww, so precious! We’re in the process of teaching ours to say I love you but he can’t yet make the U sound so he just says “I luv”  I’ll take it! Clapping is so much fun and then they clap for everything. It’s like having the Oscars at your own house, huh?

His laugh is contagious.  I think I could go 45 seconds with that laugh.

YAAAAAY, we are having clapping in our house, too, how fun is that! And an occassional “mama maaamma” which really is almost enough fuel to keep me going. That and three cups of coffee.

Seriously, the Vancouver marathon, I would so love it. No joke. And your friend and my friend on a date? You and I could hitch along and drink margaritas. And really your favorite author is also Annie Lamott I think we were separated at birth maybe? I’m going to call my mom and check.

I could have easily watched that for another 2 minutes because HELLO! The adorableness that are those two bottom teeth when he laughs!!!

    I miss babies.

    Sigh.

So cute - and I hear he’s cute in person, too!  Mrs. Flinger you’re FAMOUS!!  My girlfriend called me last week and told me she’d just been to her pediatrician and that there was a woman and kids who looked really familiar in the waiting room; it wasn’t until she left that she realized it was you!  She probably reads 3 blogs total - such a small world!!
