Hannah and Jacob were avid *plug* users until they were (gasp!) four years old - only in private, of course. Try as we might, we could never get Bridget to use one. But the other day I came across an old Gerber nuk, infant sized, and now she calls it her “yellow boob.” Bridget still prefers the real thing, but I will take any relief I can get!
I tried to leave a comment earlier, but I got an error message. So here I go again.
Hannah and Jacob both used *plugs* until they were (gasp!) four years old, but only in the privacy in our own home, and only at naptime. See how I am justifying it?! I did everything I could to get Bridget to use one, but she wouldn’t have anything to do with it. However, the other day I happened to find an old Gerber nuk, infant sized, and now she calls it her *yellow boob.* I’ll take all the relief I can get
None of my 3 would take one, no matter how hard I tried, and tried, and cried, and tried…..

I just got my 3 yr. old OFF the binky…serious withdrawals for a week. Baby #2 is the cutest little thumbsucker! Hope this helps you catch a few more zzzzzz’s!

I know those binks well! I am glad O takes it! Hudson will NOT take a binki, he would for awhile and then just chewed on it! He prefers the thumb! so whatever works I guess! though I cant cut the tip off his thumb when its time to break the habit haha
Hee he hee , ha ha ha… I don’t know why, probably because it’s late, (okay, not that late) but I find this very funny…
I know what I’m going to see in my head when I’m trying to sooth my own screaming infant. Sigh.

Oh, oh how I love the binky. And OH how my nipples love the binky.
God bless the binky!
PLUG that child up and sleep a few more minutes. Amen!
I have had two paci babies, and I hope to have a third (tomorrow!).
I hope you’re getting some sleep…
A picture really is worth a thousand words! I hope Wednesday greeted you with relief and a nap.
Hooray for the binkie! It is the sane mother’s lifesaver! Oh, to enjoy just five or ten more minutes of sleep!
Ha, love it. That was one thing that never worked out for me and oh how I wish it did many times! Great photo too, nice lighting.
