Find me on most of the social spaces as Mrs. Flinger
In an effort to launch something in a very short timeframe, after three months of coding in off hours for stints of a few minutes at a time, I used a framework to get *something* out. This is not code I would use for a client. Ever.
In fact, if you could see my face right now, you'd realize this is a little more than painful.
But, as sometimes has to happen with personal projects, the non-paying personal site takes a backseat to quality and gets dressed in handmedown code. Thanks to VMcore for the free ride here.
I am sure this will go world wide very soon. I’ll be sure to follow on Twitter.
Oh my gosh, you are hilarious. And, I wish that you still lived in Oregon so that I could come and bear witness to this.
Also, this is a damn good idea for the big 3-0 that I have coming up.
I am coming to your house this afternoon! If traffic is good I should be there in time.
I want to come play! Dang it..but I would be disqualified because my husband doesn’t drink alcohol. (Yes, he is indeed BAT SHIT crazy!) I still would totally love to come watch and compete. And it is totally over before my bed time too!
I was looking for events like couch sitting. But maybe that’s just the rain.
Sounds like so much fun!!
That sounds like hilarious fun.
Especially the beer part.
Sounds like this would be something hosted in Milwaukee. :O)
Where I come from knitting is a Olympic level event. Why no knitting?
How about spectating? I spectate with the best of them.
It does sound like fun~
Sounds like fun. Go Team Flinger.
When I saw Leisure Olympics, I thought you were going to compete on who could relax the most. I could totally win that one. I’m very tired.
I surely wish we would have known about this terrific day of olympic events. We certainly would have driven up there for this kind of entertainment and taken the gold home! mwah
