The Short Short Version

20/May/2007

We went to soccer on Friday.

She got a haircut on Saturday.

I had contractions the entire time.

Born via emergency C-section on May 20th at 2:04AM, weighing 5 pounds 15 oz and 19 inches long:

Baby “O”

Who now lives in the NICU. We’re hoping he starts breathing better so we can spend some time with him.

I sordof miss my baby belly. At least he was with us all the time.

  6. Oh honey, even with all the NICU plugs and wires he is beautiful. I hope those lungs start kicking so that he can get out of there and in your arms. We are sending you a ridicules amount of love from here.

  7. What a surprise!  He looks too healthy to be hooked up to all that stuff.  We’ll be thinking of him and the Flinger clan and praying that O will soon be pleasantly portable.

Congratulations. You’re the greatest, Mama.  Everything will work out, and when it does, we’ll all be waiting to hear about it.
